Yadda ake abincin "Mantı" a Turkiyya

Barkanmu da sake kasancewa tare da ku a cikin wani sabon shirinmu mai suna Abincin Turkiyya. A yau zamu yi bayani ne akan wani nau'in abincin da ake sarrafawa a kusan dukkan ƙasashen Asiya. Sunan abincin da zamu yi bayani a yau “Mantı”, wannan nau'in abinci ne da ake sarrafawa ta garwaye ƙullun fulawa da yankakkun nama a kuma ƙara ɗanɗanonsa da kayan yaji. Wannan nau'in abincin da ake sarrafawa ta hanyar dafawa ko tafasawa haɗa shi nada ɗan banbanci daga wasu ƙasashe zuwa wasu ƙasashen. Duk da wannan nau'in abincin  ya shigo ne ƙasar Anadolu daga ƙasashen Asiya ta tsakiya. Mantı na ƙasar Turkiyya nada banbanci dana sauran ƙasashen Asiya ta tsakiya idan aka dubi girman nau'in abincin. Mantı na ƙasar Turkiyya ya fi zama ƙanana dana ƙasashen Asiya ta tsakiya. Mantı na garin Kayseri dake ƙasar Turkiyya wanda ya kasance mashhuri sosai ƙanana ne ƙwaran gaske wanda za'a iya ɗiban ƙwara 40 da cokalin cin abinci ɗaya. Domin sarrafa Mantı ana buƙatar waɗannan kayyayaki;

Ƙwai ƙwara ɗaya

Gishiri bakin gwargwado

 

Abubuwan da za'a ƙara a ciki;

Gram 300 na yankakkun nama

Albasa ƙwara ɗaya da aka yayyanke

Rabin ƙaramin cokali na barkono

Rabin ƙaramin cokali na gishiri

 

Domin haɗa miya;

Cokali biyu na niƙeƙƙen tumatur

Cokali biyu na man shanu

Yoghurt

Tafarnuwa ƙwara biyu

Yanzu kuma sai yadda ake dafawa;

Da farko dai za'a haɗa tunkuzan fulawa ta hanyar garwaye garin fulawa, kwai, gishiri da ruwa a cikin wani kwano. Sai a ɗan dakata na minti 30. A cikin wannan yanayin za'a garwaye yankakkun nama, yankakkun Albasa, gishiri da barkono a cikin wani kwano daban.

Za'a raba tunkuzan fulawan gida biyu, sai a faɗaɗa shi a bisa wani katakon da aka yayyafa ma garin fulawa, daga nan kuma sai a yayyanke tunkuzan fulawan siffar murabba'in ƙanana-ƙanana. A saman ko wane yankakken tunkuzan fulawan za'a zuba haɗin naman sai a dunƙule.

A cikin wani tukunya mai zurfi za'a zuba ruwa kofi goma da gishiri a tafasa. Za'a jejjefa dunƙulallon tunkuzan fulawan cikin ruwan mai tafasa a dafa na mintuna 7-8.

 

Daga nan kuma sai yadda ake haɗa miya;

 

Domin haɗa miyan tumatur, za'a soya niƙeƙƙen tumatur da man shanu a cikin tukunyar miya. Sai a ɗebi ruwan da ake dafa Mantı da shi cokali 4-5 a garwaye a ciki.

Domin haɗa miyan yoghurt kuwa za'a niƙe tafarnuwa sai a haɗa da yoghurt.

 

Za'a raba abincin Mantin a cikin faranti sai a zuba miyan yoghurt abi da miyan tumatur a kuma yayyafa garin na'ana'a, da garin tattasai a sama.
