Yadda ake yin "ayva tatlısı" nakiyar quince a Turkiyya

Barkanmu da sake saduwa daku a  cikin shirinmu da muke kawo muku ko wani mako mai suna Abincin Turkiyya. Kayan zaƙi da akan raba bayan cin abinci nada muhimmanci sosai a ƙasar Turkiyya. Duk da yake duk lokacin da aka ambaci kayan zaƙin ƙasar Turkiyya abu na farko da kan fara zuwa zukatan mutane shi ne Baklava, amma bayan wannan akwai nau'o'in kayan zaƙi da akan yi da ƴaƴan itace da kuma madara. A yayinda kayan marmari da akan yi da madara sau da yawa anfi shansu a lokacin bazara, waɗanda ake yi da ƴaƴan itace kuwa ana amfani dasu a cikin ko wane yanayi. Sai dai kayan zaƙin da ake yi da ƴaƴan itace sukan sauya dangane da yanayin da ake ciki. A lokacin hunturu ana amfani da ƴaƴan itace da suka haɗa da Tuffa (Apple), Fiya (Pears), Kabewa da Quince. A lokacin bazara kuwa ana amfani da ƴaƴan itace ne kamar su Peach, Figs da Apricot.

A cikin wannan shirin namu mai suna Abincin Turkiyya, a yau zamu bayyana muku yadda ake sarrafa “ayva tatlısı” watau “quince-cheese” a Ingilishi da zamu iya kira cukun quince a harshen Hausa.

Yanzu kuma sai yadda ake sarrafa wa;

Da farko dai za'a samu wani kwano   mai zurfi sai a matse Lemon tsami a ciki. Sai a kuma rarraba quince din ɓari biyu biyu daga bisani a yayyanke bayan an cire ƴaƴan dake cikinsa. Za'a dai ajiye wadannan ya'yan cikin quince ɗin domin za'a yi amfani dasu yayin dafa hadin domin bayar da launi mai kyau. Quince din wanda yake wani nau'in ya'yan itace ne mai kama da tuffa, da aka yayyanke ƙanana za'a barsu cikin ruwan Lemon tsami har sai an shirya dafawa domin kar su yi baƙi. Daga bisani za'a zuba muzazzun quince din a cikin tukunya mai faɗi. Daga nan kuma sai a zuba kirfa, kanunfari da ƴaƴan quince ɗin a ciki. A bisa ko wane yankakken quince din za'a barbaɗa sukari. Bayan an zuba ruwa a cikin haɗin za'a rufe tukunyar a ci gaba da dafawa har sai ya tafasa daga nan kuma sai a rage wutar murhun a ci gaba da dafawa har na tsawon awa ɗaya zuwa awa daya da rabi lokacin da haɗin zai yi laushi. Za'a raba a cikin faranti a jira kuma ya yi sanyi.  A bisa dafaffen quince din za'a yayyafa ruwan da aka dafa shi dashi sai kuma a shafa cream a samansa.

A yau mun bayyana muku yadda ake yin wani kayan zaki a ƙasar Turkiyya mai suna “ayva tatlısı” A cikin wani sabon shirinmu na mako mai zuwa zamu kuma bayyana muku yadda ake yin wani nau'in abincin Turkiyya mai daɗi.
