Yadda ake dambun alkama "Kısır" a Turkiyya

Alkama da sauran abubuwan da ake yi daga alkaman ana yawan amfani dasu a nau'o'in abincin Turkiyya da dama. Hakan dai nada nasaba ne sadiyar yawan noman alkaman da ake yi a yankin Anadolu dake ƙasar Turkiyya. A al'adun ƙasar Turkiyya, alkama nau'in abinci ne mai ɗinbin albarka. A fannin ƙawa kuwa ana amfani da nau'in alkama mai launi a al'adun gargajiya a ƙasar Turkiyya. Ana dai ƙawata kafet, mashinfiɗai, tangaran da kujeru da launin na alkama a ƙasar Turkiyya.

Alkaman da aka rugurguje na ɗaya daga cikin muhimman kayan abincin gargajiya a ƙasar Turkiyya. Domin samar da ruguzazzun alkaman da farko za'a wanke alkaman,a busar, a cire ɓawan daga bisani kuma a ɓarje. Waɗanda basu rugurguje sosai ba ana sarrafa su tamkar shinkafa; ƙananan kuwa ana amfani dasu domin yin dolmade, meatballs da sauran nau'o'in abinci. -Cokalin niƙeƙƙen tumatur ɗaya
-Cokali ɗaya na niƙeƙƙen barkono

-Kofi ⅓ na man Zaitun 

-Tumatur ɗaya da aka here aka kuma yayyanke ƙanana.

-Ɗanyen rassan albasa 7-8

-Albasa ɗaya da  aka yayyanke

-Yankakken faski ɗaya

-½ na'a na'a da aka yayyanke ƙanana

-Lemon tsami ɗaya

-Cokali ɗaya na baƙin barkono

-Cokali ɗaya na gishiri

-½ Cokali na garin Cumin ( GA Wanda ke buƙata)

-Ganyen latas ƙwara 9-10


Yanzu kuma sai yadda ake sarrafawa;

Da farko dai za'a zuba ruguzazzun alkaman a cikin wani kwano, sai a zuba ruwan zafi a kuma rufe kwanon. Za'a jira na mintuna 15-20 har sai alkaman ya yi laushi. Bayan an tatse ruwan sai a zuba niƙaƙƙun tumatur da barkonon a ciki, daga bisani kuma a ƙara man zaitun da ruwan Lemon tsamin a motse sosai. Sai kuma a zuba na'a na'a, albasa, ganyen albasa, Cumin da tumatur a ciki. Za'a ƙara ɗanɗanon abincin ta ƙara gishiri da sauran kayan yaji a motse sosai. Daga bisani kuma sai a raba tare da ganyen latas. A more lafiya!
