19TH INT’L GOLDEN COCOON FESTIVAL KICKS OFF ON SEPT. 17

This year's "Life Time Honorary Awards" as part of the 19th International Golden Cocoon Festival to be organized by Adana Metropolitan municipality will be presented to actor Ediz Hun, actress Perihan Savaş and director Abdurrahman Keskiner.

Golden Cocoon Organization Committee said in a written statement that the festival will be held from 17 to 23 September, 2012.

The statement also covered the views of acting Adana mayor Zihni Aldırmaz, quoting him as saying that selected movies starring Hun and Savaş and those directed by Keskiner would be screened at the Festival and screen writer Burçak Evren would write books on these three names.
