Energy authorities of the countries and heads of oil and natural gas companies discussed the future of oil and natural gas.
Turkmenistan Oil, Gas and Natural Resources Minister Oraznur Nurmuradov said that his country produced approximately 71 billions cubic meters of natural gas and exported 48 billions cubic meters.
Nurmuradov noted that Turkmenistan seeks to increase volume of production and number of buyers.
South and Central Asia Representative of the United States Department of State George Krol underlined the importance of incessant production and transport of energy.
Other speakers stated that oil and gas prices had risen in recent years and the prices were unlikely to drop.
The participants also take up new technologies in production and transport of oil and gas.
